Sweetheart’s Haven currently ships within North America only, including the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sweetheart’s Haven is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Sweetheart’s Haven is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Return Shipping (7-Day Window)
If you need to return an item, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Approved returns must be shipped according to the instructions provided after your return request is accepted. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
