Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us through our store’s contact page. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. A return shipping label may be provided depending on the reason for the return.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
